L, L & C, Knowledge and Understanding

We have been working on proper nouns. We looked at maps and found places from around the world. We wrote sentences using alliteration, for example- Bob the bat lives in Brazil.

We listened to 'african' music and created a movement phrase. We made sure that we included high and low actions with change of speed and direction.

We practised mirroring our partner.

Then we evaluated our performances.

Physical Development - Rolling and Bowling

We have been practising our rolling and bowling skills with a partner. We rolled the ball accurately between two objects, then we decreased the size of the gap to make it harder!

Mathematical Development - Ordinal Numbers

We had lots of races and recorded the position of each car.
