Creative Development- Pancakes!

Pancake Day!
We talked about why people celebrate 'Pancake Day' / 'Shrove Tuesday' and how people celebrate in other countries.
We followed instructions carefully in a group, then we enjoyed eating our delicious pancakes!

We found out that the largest pancake cooked was in England and it was 15 metres in diameter!

World Book Day

Well done Year 2! You all looked fantastic dressed as your favourite book characters.
Thank you for all your book donations too.

Physical Development - Bouncing

We've been practising our ball skills outside this week. We had to bounce the ball continuously using both hands, then with one hand. Then we tried to walk whilst bouncing the ball. We had fun working in pairs too.
